 Unfiltered Jazz is a music entertainment business started by saxophonist Glen Fairfield. I network with many other Central Coast musicians who enjoy playing a variety of jazz standards, blues, and Latin tunes for your enjoyment.

I have connections with other groups such as, "The Bill Wingfield Jazz Experiment/Experience" or groups with a more contemporary jazz feel.

Instrumentation can include saxophone, trombone, guitar, bass, piano and drums. We can play as a trio without drums for smaller venues or up to a full sextet, when called for. Vocals can be added to our shows also, if that is something you're looking for?

We've had the privilege of playing for many of the wineries in the area as well as other local events and venues. We'd be happy to help you with background music or entertainment for your next event!

The Fall of 2010 marks the beginning of "Unfiltered Jazz Northwest"! Yes, Glen and his family have moved to the Roseburg area in Oregon and he will begin networking with the local jazz musicians in the area. Hopefully, wineries and other local establishments will be offering Unfiltered Jazz to their patrons soon.
